Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers Limited, is recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join the team on site in Maidstone.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a courteous, welcoming service in person, by phone and email, and managing bookings and enquiries.
You will oversee repair progress updates, liaise with aftersales, and handle invoicing while upholding Lookers’ processes.
