Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and deliver a world‑class customer experience.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom and uphold high standards of presentation.
- Communicate effectively, balancing confidence and assertiveness while engaging customers warmly and empathetically.
- Use organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail.
- Warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
