About the Role
As a Polestar Product Genius, you are the product expert and brand ambassador for Polestar. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing in-depth knowledge of Polestar vehicles, technology, and innovations, both in the showroom and during test drives. For this role, a full, clean driving licence is a must!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the Polestar brand and model range.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, technology, and benefits.
- Conduct engaging and informative test drives.
- Support the sales team by answering product-related questions.
- Stay up to date with Polestar product launches, updates, and training.
- Ensure vehicles are presented to Polestar brand standards.
