Location: Buckinghamshire Jaguar Land Rover
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £29,000 plus bonus.
Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am‑5pm, Saturdays 8am‑1pm on a rota basis).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
