  • Permanent | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30

We’re looking for a Stock and Delivery Administrator to support the smooth, accurate movement of vehicles through our Beaconsfield VRS site.

You’ll keep systems updated, coordinate deliveries, and ensure every vehicle is prepared and documented to the highest standard.

  • Maintain accurate stock records across all systems
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and support handover preparation
  • Process key documentation including invoices, order forms, and compliance checks
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep workflows running smoothly
