Lookers Limited, Stoke BMW, is recruiting for a Senior Business and Transaction Manager to lead a sales team at our Stoke-on-Trent dealership. The role is full-time, 44 hours per week, on a rota basis, with a £55,000 OTE (includes £35,000 base plus bonus and Company Car).
You will coach staff, drive results, and ensure compliant customer finance processes. Previous automotive experience is essential; you must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to lead with integrity, excellent customer service skills.
