Lookers Limited, Sudbury Ford, is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join the service team at Sudbury Ford. The role involves working 42 hours per week across Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with Saturdays on a rota from 8am to 12pm, at a salary of £29,000 to £32,000 basic plus bonus.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, arrange services, MOTs and repairs, and support the Parts team while ensuring stock accuracy and timely processing of orders.
