Overview Location: Boucher Road, Belfast Working hours: 39; Monday- Friday: 08:30-17:00 Salary: Competitive Salary Charles Hurst is on the hunt for a Maintenance Operative to come and join their team based on a 30-acre estate on Boucher Road, Belfast. You will work as part of our onsite Property and Maintenance team and will report directly into our Maintenance Team Supervisor. The maintenance team are responsible to the day to day running of the Boucher Road Estate and outer sites. Carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks which will vary in nature Undertaking general facilities support tasks such as; cleaning, small repairs as well as car parking duties Manage and prioritise own workload in order to complete repairs in a timely manner Create a safe working environment by implementing the necessary control measures, through the identification, mitigation and reporting of risks and hazards in line with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures Use relevant IT systems to record all work undertaken and related expenditure Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative keen to jump on board in supporting the property and maintenance of our expansive Charles Hurst estate?
