Overview Are you aged 16 or over and looking to kick-start your career firmly within the automotive industry? Have you recently left school and are ready to gets hands on with one of the top three motor retailers in the UK? Could you be the future Technician top- talent we are looking for? Embarking on an apprenticeship with Charles Hurst can be one of the most exciting things you can do as a young person. Youll become part of our nationwide network of apprentices with all the support and training you need to get your career off to a flying start. Youll gain hands on experience from day one and have the chance to earn while you learn. It doesnt stop as soon as youre qualified; we provide ongoing opportunities for learning and development throughout your career. Role – BMW Motorrad Apprentice Location – Belfast Motorrad, Boucher Road Salary – £14,830 per annum (£7.13 per hour) Role detail Servicing of a variety of motorcycles MOT preparation Changing of tyres Electrical fault diagnostics Providing detailed reports on all works carried out Qualifications You must have gained or be working towards GCSE 4-9 or above in Maths and English or equivalent. Essential Skills Good levels of literacy and numeracy. Strong communication skills. Eagerness to learn and listen to instructions. Ability to build good relationships with colleagues across the business. Ability to ask questions and learn quickly on the job Willingness to use your own initiative. Why us?
