Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Manager located in Ayr. The After Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the after-sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating service schedules, and overseeing the parts department. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, maintaining service standards, and driving continuous improvement in after-sales processes.
