Do you have at least four years of regular injecting experience? Are you sales-driven, target-focused, and motivated by delivering outstanding patient outcomes - and the results that come with them? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About us: Look Lovely Stortford is a doctor-led medical skin clinic based in Bishop's Stortford. We have built a strong reputation for delivering safe, natural-looking aesthetic results, supported by an exceptional patient experience. With a rapidly growing patient database and strong marketing driving a steady influx of new enquiries, we are now looking to expand our clinical team. We are seeking a medically qualified Doctor injector to join us initially 1 day per week, with a clear pathway to grow your days as demand increases. We envisage the role being based on Thursday evenings or Fridays and/or Saturdays, with a minimum of 1 Saturday per month required. As the role develops, there is the opportunity to add further days.

What we're looking for:

  • You will be an advanced injector who is not only highly skilled clinically, but also commercially minded and passionate about delivering results - for both your patients and the business.
  • The role is designed for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment and takes pride in:
    • Hitting and exceeding targets - you'll be working to clear KPIs and will be fully supported in achieving them.
    • New patient conversion - confidently consulting with new patients, building trust, and guiding them into personalised treatment plans.
    • Retail sales - recommending and selling medical-grade skincare and products that complement and enhance treatment outcomes.
    • Rebooking and retention - building a loyal patient base through exceptional care, proactive rebooking, and long-term treatment planning.
    • Upselling and cross-selling - identifying opportunities to enhance patient journeys with complementary treatments and packages.

You must be confident with all advanced injecting techniques including cannula. You should have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse patient base. A genuine passion for skin, a commitment to ongoing learning, and an enthusiasm for delivering bespoke injectable treatment plans would be a real advantage.

Please note: You MUST be a Doctor, medically registered and an independent prescriber to apply. We will only consider applicants with a minimum of four years of regular injecting experience.

What we offer:

  • A competitive basic rate with a generous commission structure.
  • Performance bonuses tied to KPIs.
  • Heavily discounted treatments.
  • A beautifully equipped, welcoming clinic with full admin support - your patient list will be managed for you so you can focus on delivering great results.
  • Patients are spaced thoughtfully throughout the day, with a catch-up slot and lunch break built in.
  • Anti-wrinkle appointment slots of 30 minutes; dermal filler slots of 45 minutes.

Next Steps: To apply, please send your CV and cover letter explaining your availability to contact@looklovelylondon.co.uk. If shortlisted, we'll ask you to send a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself, the treatments you specialise in, and sharing why you'd like to join the Look Lovely Stortford team. We will then invite successful candidates for an interview and a practical assessment. We look forward to hearing from you!
