We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and resilient Specialist Behavioural Support Worker to join our Learning Disabilities service in Newham. The role offers a salary of £29,110.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK by the start of employment as Look Ahead are not able to offer sponsorship. This is a female only role. The shift pattern for this role is 07:00-15:00 or 14:00-22:00 on rotating patterns. Weekend and bank holiday work required.
Specialist Behaviour Support Workers are responsible for the customer’s emotional and psychological wellbeing as well as providing support to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs. At Stratford Road, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional, and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
As co-production is at the heart of our work, we believe it is important to involve our customers when recruiting for their support staff.
