As Managing Director of Learning Disability & Autism (LD&A), you’ll play a pivotal role in making that vision a reality for over 1,100 people across London and the South East. This newly created role isn’t just about leading a business unit; it’s about championing voice, choice, and independence. You’ll drive forward a specialist care portfolio built on compassion, innovation, and inclusion, ensuring every service we deliver is shaped by what matters most to the people we support. Your impact will include: Shaping and delivering a bold, values-led strategy for LD&A services Embedding Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice across all teams Ensuring services are safe, high-quality, and deeply person-centred Leading compliance, safeguarding, and CQC excellence Empowering staff to thrive in a culture of trust, learning, and professional development Building trusted relationships with customers, families, commissioners, and sector leaders We’re looking for a strategic, emotionally intelligent leader who can balance operational excellence with purpose-driven leadership. You’ll bring senior experience from within health, social care, or related sectors, and a deep belief in the power of co-production and customer voice.
