We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our Mental Health Social Care Service in Lambeth. No personal care or experience is required, just the right values.

LSFRC is an accommodation-based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission. The role of our Support Worker plays a crucial role in fulfilling our customers' expectations, making a positive difference and where appropriate supporting customers.
