We’re looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Specialist Behavioural Support Worker to join our Learning Disability Service in Newham. £27,727.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week. Specialist Behavioural Support Workers are responsible for the customer’s emotional, psychological wellbeing as well as providing support to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs. This will include providing physical, emotional, domestic, and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. The shift pattern for this role will consist of early shifts (07.00-15.00) and late shifts (14.00 -22.00).
