In this role you will own and execute daily material management activities within a multi-temperature, GMP-regulated warehouse, playing a key role in supporting site operations and business objectives. Leverage established systems, software, and equipment to ensure efficient, accurate workflows while consistently upholding the highest standards of EHS and GMP compliance.

What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, inspection, labelling, storage, picking, and dispatch of raw, bulk, and sample materials in line with SOPs and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks, cycle counting, and up-to-date record keeping.
- Ensure proper storage conditions by monitoring temperature‑controlled areas and verifying capacity and compliance requirements.
- Verify material quality and usability, including checks on labelling, expiry dates, and condition before distribution to production.
- Uphold GMP, safety, and compliance standards by following procedures, completing documentation accurately, and ensuring equipment is calibrated and audit‑ready.
- Support efficient warehouse operations by maintaining supplies, performing housekeeping activities, and contributing to 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate reliability and flexibility (including on‑call duties), and operate warehouse equipment as required.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in a GMP warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing raw materials and their readiness for production.
- Familiarity with SAP or other Warehouse Management System.
- Forklift licence (counterbalance) and experience in operating forklifts is also an advantage.
