Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global brand strategies that enhance awareness, perception, and consideration of the Lonza brand
- Create compelling campaign positioning, messaging, and creative aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing Operations, Strategic Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Lead brand workshops and collaborate with agency partners to deliver differentiated messaging and creative solutions
- Manage global events and conferences, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable ROI
- Monitor brand performance, including Share of Voice and brand equity metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Act as a global brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and championing a consistent “One Lonza” experience
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within a global environment
- Strong ability to translate strategy into impactful brand campaigns and messaging
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using KPIs and brand performance metrics
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and differentiated brand content
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional marketing or branding certifications (e.g. CIM) are advantageous
