Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and system administration of a wide range of laboratory and manufacturing OT systems, ensuring secure access, performance, and compliance.
- Maintain validated laboratory software systems, including upgrades, audit trail reviews, and vendor-supported activities.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance across all core systems in line with GMP standards.
- Support end users by troubleshooting complex technical issues, analysing data, and delivering effective solutions.
- Contribute to system implementation and validation activities, including documentation, testing, and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with global IT/OT teams and site stakeholders (Manufacturing, QC, Development) to align on system strategies and improvements.
- Provide technical input into projects and emerging technologies, supporting continuous improvement and innovation across the site.
What we are looking for:
- Experience supporting OT (or IT systems with OT approach) within regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, including Windows environments, Active Directory, and infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with laboratory and manufacturing OT systems (e.g. chromatography or data management systems) or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data integrity, validation, and compliance requirements (e.g. GMP/GxP).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
