We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager – Process Expert to ensure procurement master data is consistently captured and updated in our ERP system. This helps prevent savings leakage, reduce invoice queries, support material planning, and enable timely supplier payments.

You will also lead the development of consistent P2P processes (Level 5 work instructions) across all sites, supporting broader project initiatives. Additionally, you’ll drive the implementation of standardized buying channels and work to increase automation rates in P2P activities.

What you will get:

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture
  • An inclusive and ethical workplace
  • Hybrid working policy – 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
  • A variety of benefits tailored to Manchester
  • Access to our global benefits: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits

What you will do:

  • Lead harmonization of P2P procedures across sites in alignment with GPO S2P
  • Document and maintain Level 5 P2P processes following GPO guidance
  • Train users to perform processes effectively in our systems
  • Implement Procurement Data Strategy for master data management (e.g., material, vendor, source list)
  • Support and help manage global P2P enablement teams (Costa Rica, Manchester, APAC)
  • Drive continuous improvement in S2P processes while maintaining global consistency
  • Ensure consistent use of buying channels and promote automation

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience harmonizing and documenting procurement processes
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Procurement and Accounts Payable functions
  • Deep technical expertise in S2P processes using SAP ERP and Ariba
  • Experience managing process compliance and driving continuous improvement
