Join our Manufacturing team in Slough as a Dispensary Technician 1, where you will play a vital role in ensuring materials are accurately prepared, documented and supplied to support the manufacture of life-changing medicines. This is an excellent opportunity to build your GMP knowledge, develop SAP skills and contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical operations in a collaborative team environment.

Support the daily running of Dispensary and MST operations in line with EHS regulations, GMP principles and standard operating procedures. Requisition, check, transfer, weigh and dispense GMP and non-GMP materials accurately for manufacturing operations. Ensure timely and precise material issuance through SAP to relevant reservations and cost centres. Create, check and maintain GMP documentation in accordance with Data Integrity principles. Perform cleaning, housekeeping and decontamination activities to maintain compliant and inspection-ready areas. Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Validation and EHS teams to ensure smooth operational flow and effective communication. Participate in team meetings, maintain required training compliance, support onboarding of new team members and proactively elevate any EHS, GMP or quality concerns.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment operating to GMP standards.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualification; a scientific degree (biological, medical or related field) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Good IT skills, with confidence using PC-based systems; willingness to develop SAP knowledge.
  • A reliable, responsible and team-oriented approach with good time management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, seek feedback and continuously improve.
