Overview
In this role you support HR Operations & Delivery to drive global continuous improvement across the workforce lifecycle. You’ll champion the LBMS framework and partner with regional HR teams, digital, and business partners to elevate HR services delivery. You’ll lead lean and six sigma initiatives, optimise payroll and HR processes, and apply data analytics to track impact. This is a global, transformation-focused role with a clear impact on employee experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Champion global excellence by aligning HR processes and technology with Lonza’s strategic goals
- Lead continuous improvement and promote the LBMS framework within HR Services Delivery
- Optimise HR processes (Payroll and HR) using Lean and Six Sigma methods (e.g., FMEA)
- Advance a Business Process Management Framework with service catalogues and process maps
- Drive improvement projects using Lonza Project Methodology; facilitate problem-solving workshops
- Measure and monitor performance with cross-functional stakeholders; leverage data analytics for decisions
- Foster global collaboration and replicate successful initiatives across regions
Key requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- experience leading HR process improvement initiatives using Lean, DMAIC, process mapping and root cause analysis
- data analysis and reporting skills with ability to interpret trends and KPIs
- experience with AI-enabled HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and tools like Copilot/ChatGPT
- exposure to workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or other RPA) is advantageous
