Role Purpose
To support the Accounts Payable Team Leader by overseeing day‑to‑day transactional processes, identifying efficiency improvements, supporting team with complex queries and contributing to compliance and accuracy of AP activities, especially relating to the GRIR process.

What You Will Do
- Monitor and support daily tasks within the team, workload distribution and ensure timely execution of tasks according to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support with query resolution.
- Support with the GRIR process to ensure reviews, follow up and items are reconciled.
- Assist with month‑end close activities related to AP, creation of the accrual file.
- Support preparation of AP‑related reports and dashboards for management review.
- Liaise with other AP teams, GBSO teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage aged items and resolve disputes proactively.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of accounts payable end‑to‑end processes and internal controls.
- Detailed understanding of the GRIR process.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables & V‑Lookups).
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Though it is not essential – Fluency in German would be advantageous.
