As a HR Project Apprentice, you will support the Project Coordinator in providing an efficient and streamlined, first-class service to the business, in all HR Project related topics. This will be a fixed 2 year apprenticeship scheme. You will work directly towards HR initiatives and projects that drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. You will learn to plan, deliver, and optimise HR processes while gaining exposure to project methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

What you will do:
- With support from the line manager, build, track, and maintain cyclical HR projects for the EMEA Shared Services hub, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are consistently managed.
- Schedule and manage meetings for project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and where required external partners.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in work-based projects aligned with apprenticeship requirements, building a portfolio of evidence.

- Ability to work and understand various IT systems (including Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
