Role purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice delivery, resolving billing queries, and supporting in continuous improvement for billing operations.

What you will do
- Generating invoices from across the group - a combination of automated and manual invoicing depending on complexity of the customer
- Reconciling data from multiple sources, ensuring the data is correct to allow for invoices to be generated by the automated invoicing system
- Ensure the daily invoicing checks are completed prior to posting
- Uploading of bills via e-billing platforms (i.e. Coupa, Ariba)
- Dealing with and resolving billing queries
- Support setting up new customers in line with company policy
- Producing and maintaining e-billing status reports and any other reports
What we are looking for
- Billing experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic billing environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Effective prioritisation and time management
- Strong team working skills
- Customer service orientated attitude and problem solving skills
