Join Lonza as a Campaign Manager and play a key role in delivering impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across our Advanced Synthesis business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate globally and shape high‑quality marketing activation aligned with strategic business priorities.

This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns for Advanced Synthesis across events, webinars and content initiatives, driving lead generation, awareness and engagement; excludes Digital Marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Plan and deliver campaign components across tradeshows, customer events and webinars, ensuring high‑quality execution and alignment to commercial priorities.
  • Maintain campaign plans and calendars, ensuring clear alignment and communication across marketing and commercial stakeholders.
  • Coordinate development and approval of campaign content and collateral, ensuring consistency with strategy and brand standards.
  • Monitor performance and budgets for Marketing Operations channels (events, webinars), providing actionable insights to optimise effectiveness; excludes Digital Marketing performance analytics.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent, high‑impact campaign delivery and drive continuous operational improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, event or project management.
  • Experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns, particularly across events, webinars and digital channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross‑functional and global teams.
  • Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail and the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation and project management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike) is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
