Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the transformation of the A2D workstream within the organization's SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation. This position is essential to maximizing S/4HANA's capabilities and embedding industry best practices to optimize, standardize, and harmonize processes across Lonza.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build effective dashboards and reports.
- Conduct regular meetings in alignment with the Stream Lead.
- Address issues or concerns raised by local teams.
- Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting.
- Develop and execute tests to validate that the ERP system meets requirements.
- Co-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for key users/end-users to ensure successful adoption of the S4/HANA solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any post-implementation issues.
What we are looking for:
- Strong business and finance background.
- Operational understanding.
- SAP knowledge – S/4 Hana would be advantageous but not critical.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
- Change management experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Will require travel depending on project needs for a duration of 2-3 weeks up to x2 times per year.
