Join Lonza as a Campaign Manager and play a key role in delivering impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across our Advanced Synthesis business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate globally and shape high‑quality marketing activation aligned with strategic business priorities. This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time, depending on business needs.

What you will do:

  • Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement within Advanced Synthesis.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver campaign components including tradeshows, customer events, webinars and digital programs.
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars, ensuring alignment and communication with commercial and marketing stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing content and collateral, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage end‑to‑end event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, on‑site execution (up to 30% travel) and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Marketing, Digital, Branding.
