What you will do
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analytical testing in accordance with established procedures, with appropriate guidance and support.
- Plan, organise, and deliver assigned project activities to ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Analyse, interpret, and accurately record experimental data, contributing to technical reports, data tables, and project documentation.
- Support troubleshooting activities and participate in out-of-specification (OOS) and laboratory investigations to help resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces, including routine instrument maintenance, housekeeping activities, and monitoring reagent and consumable inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP/GMP) guidelines where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of scientific and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in a scientific or quality-related discipline
- Basic knowledge of Analytical Laboratory methods for use in protein analytics
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges promptly
