We are looking for a Business Process Architect – Warehousing to join our organization who will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on I2O Stream related processes. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust process solutions that enhance data accuracy and business decision‑making.
What you will do:
- Conduct regular meetings in alignment with the Stream Lead & deployment site.
- Address issues or concerns raised by local teams.
- Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the S4/HANA framework.
- Manage the end‑to‑end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) and third‑party systems.
- Validate end‑to‑end warehouse process readiness across inbound, internal, production supply, and outbound flows in line with the Nexus Global Template.
- Confirm EWM operability with real warehouse constraints such as staffing, layout, shifts, and throughput.
What we are looking for:
- Proven operational experience (Min. 5 years) in GMP Warehouse processes.
- Deep practical knowledge of SAP, in particular WM or EWM.
- Experience process mapping and creating process requirements.
- Experience planning & delivering cutovers / go lives / projects in GMP warehouses.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will require travel depending on project needs: 3‑5 times per year for a duration of 1‑3 weeks.
