Location: Slough, UK. Hybrid Working – 1 day per week WFH

We are looking for a Global Process Owner to join our organization. This role is responsible for driving SAP S/4HANA end‑to‑end (E2E) process standardisation, integrity, and operational excellence by defining global standards, championing best‑practice adoption, and monitoring performance through key KPIs.

Working closely with global and functional stakeholders, the role ensures consistent execution, improved efficiency, and alignment with wider organisational goals. Acting as a key leader, it facilitates cross‑functional collaboration, promotes knowledge sharing, and supports best‑in‑class process adoption during system deployment. The position also governs the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) global process, leads the Change Advisory Board, leverages advanced technologies and analytics to continuously improve performance, and ensures all changes are implemented seamlessly and in compliance.

  • Own and operate the R2R process governance framework, including the Signavio Business Process House, process modelling standards, and lifecycle management.
  • Approve R2R‑related SAP roles and authorisations, ensuring appropriate access, segregation of duties, and compliance with internal control requirements.
  • Accountable for all global R2R Standard Operating Procedures (GROUP) referenced within end‑to‑end processes, ensuring they remain accurate, current, and aligned to approved solutions.
  • Update SAP‑related SOPs to reflect new or changed solutions and process enhancements.
  • Partner closely with the Nexus core team and key business stakeholders to define future‑state solution designs, prototypes, and delivery backlogs, exercising formal approval and rejection rights through the Global Process Ownership governance model.
  • Define and track global KPIs to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and control of R2R processes, driving continuous improvement.

  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA systems and its capabilities.
  • Proven experience within an R2R environment.
  • Track record and understanding within implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce high‑quality results within tight time frames.
  • Very high level of personal drive and motivation and the ability to progress matters with determination.
