What you will do
- Processes intercompany invoices, debit notes and credit notes accurately and in accordance with company policies and service-level agreements.
- Ensures correct GL coding, tax treatment, and alignment with intercompany agreements or purchase orders.
- Performs monthly intercompany AP reconciliations and ensures balances match with counterpart AR teams.
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies before month-end deadlines.
- Acts as a senior point of contact for intercompany AP queries from internal teams, auditors, and global finance partners
- Ensures compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Supports the AP Manager with KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and AP processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
