What you will get

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of core HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, benefits, family leave, employee payments and HR administration
  • Support HR operations and delivery projects by identifying process improvements, mapping HR processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Build HR knowledge through hands‑on experience, structured training and exposure to a wide range of HR processes and activities
  • Respond to employee queries and support the creation, processing and maintenance of employee records and documentation within HR systems
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Digital, to gain insight into different areas of the function
