Lonza Cambridge is hiring a Lead Scientist to drive CHO expression projects with intensive hands-on lab work and leadership across R&D.

You will develop next-generation CHO-based hosts for complex therapeutic proteins and transfer innovations toward GMP manufacturing.

You will engineer cell lines, use advanced molecular biology tools, analyze data, and mentor junior scientists while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes.
