We are currently searching for a Site Manager to lead a new residential project in the heart of Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead. This development will deliver 6 high-end houses comprised of a mixture of detached and semi-detached plots. This opportunity will see you delivering the scheme from start to finish.

Role:

  • Take full responsibility as the lead on-site manager for the successful delivery of a 6-unit residential development from inception through to handover.
  • Manage and coordinate all daily site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site teams, ensuring productivity and performance targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures, carrying out site inspections, inductions, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and manage construction programmes, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Carry out regular quality inspections to ensure all works meet company standards, building regulations, and NHBC requirements.
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics to ensure efficient operations.
