Pre-Construction Manager

Drive the success of concrete frame projects from the ground up as a Pre-Construction Manager. You'll be the strategic leader during the pre-construction phase, collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Requirements: – Extensive pre-construction management experience, specifically with concrete frame projects. – In-depth knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and project management methodologies. – Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities. – Proven expertise in pre-construction risk management and cost control. – Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines. – Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar. – Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject, Procore). – Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
