Contracts Manager Civils & Groundworks
Location: Blyth / Cramlington, Northumberland Rate: £400£425 per day Duration: Long-term project
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction, civils and groundworks.
Requirements:
Previous Contracts Manager experience within civils / groundworks
Experience managing multiple site teams and packages
Strong commercial and programme awareness
Confident liaising with clients, site management and subcontractors
Excellent understanding of health & safety and site delivery
Relevant CSCS / management qualifications
