Construction Logistics Manager

Lonsite are looking for an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to work on a busy residential development in South London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day site logistics, ensuring deliveries, access, material movements and logistics teams are coordinated safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all site logistics and delivery bookings
- Coordinating vehicle access, unloading areas and material movements
- Managing Traffic Marshals, Labourers and logistics operatives
- Coordinating subcontractor deliveries and site movements
- Managing storage areas, loading zones and access routes
- Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
- Coordinating waste removal and site housekeeping
- Liaising closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors
- Ensuring logistics operations comply with site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining logistics plans, records and relevant site documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Manager on busy construction sites
- Experience working on residential developments preferred
- Strong understanding of construction site logistics
- Experience managing deliveries, subcontractors and logistics teams
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid CSCS card
- First Aid preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to provide recent working references
