Estimator

We are looking for Estimator with 5+ years of experience in groundworks, RC frame, or infrastructure to join our established client based in Ipswich. You\’ll be responsible for accurate cost estimation on projects ranging from £5m to £30m, working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for groundworks, structures, and infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for cost data.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management.
• Manage workload and support the estimating team.
• Participate in tender interviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years estimating experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Team management skills.
• Self-motivated.
