Job description About the Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an Estimator. This role is vital in securing new projects by accurately pricing and specifying incoming enquiries. Key Responsibilities * Agree project objectives and represent client interests. * Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers. * Calculate costs for materials, transport, labour, and other relevant components. * Ensure clients receive the most competitive pricing. * Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, construction managers, planners, and design teams. * Meet strict deadlines consistently. * Ensure all quotes accurately reflect pricing, product information, and client requirements. Key Skills * Excellent organisational and prioritization skills. * Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities. * Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong numeracy and commercial awareness. * Proven teamwork and diplomacy skills. * Proficiency in IT skills, including experience with Sage software. * Capacity to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
