BIM Technician – Brickwork Contractor – Essex About the role: Since been incorporated 30 years ago our client has specialised in both brick and blockwork contracts. They work mainly in the commercial and residential sectors and are currently recruiting for a BIM Technician to join their design team. What we are looking for: * Background in roles utilizing BIM or CAD methodologies (ideally 2-3 years +). * Highly proficient with Autodesk Civil3D and Revit platforms. * Possesses strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Flexible and able to adjust effectively to evolving project requirements.
