We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our dynamic Property Consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building client relationships, negotiating effectively, and delivering strategic advice across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring
- Prepare detailed valuation and negotiation reports for clients
- Undertake property inspections and measurements
- Negotiate directly with landlords, tenants, and agents to secure optimal outcomes
- Support clients with portfolio strategy and asset management decisions
- Manage caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and client expectations
- Maintain strong market knowledge to provide accurate rental and valuation insights
- MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification)
