Longueville Manor Hotel & Restaurant in Jersey seeks a Chef De Partie to lead a section in our renowned kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain five-star standards, mentor junior chefs and contribute to ongoing menu development.
