Longtech Plastic and Metal Works is seeking an experienced PMC Manager to join our team in Shenzhen, China. As the PMC Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project management activities for our manufacturing operations. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create a framework for resource and capacity planning on the ERP system;
  • Manage the PMC department, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, production planning and control, and scheduling;
  • Maintain data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy promptly;
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of the PMC department;
  • Responsible for master planning and manpower planning;
  • Coordinate with another department to meet customer’s schedule.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a project management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi‑faceted projects from inception to completion;
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
