What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced careers professionals to deliver high-quality guidance and support.
- Maintain relationships with employers, universities, training providers and apprenticeship programmes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the trust to ensure every student receives high-quality careers education, information and advice.
- Attend events such as options evenings, open evenings and results day to support students and families.
- Help organise careers events, employer engagement activities, workshops and work experience.
- Support individual students with applications, CVs, and next steps for education, training, or employment.
- Travel to other Astrea schools in Cambridgeshire as part of your development programme.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm for supporting young people and making a positive impact.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to completing a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification.

- Location: Longsands Academy, Cambridgeshire (with travel to other Astrea schools).
