Longridge House is seeking a hands-on Deputy Manager to join our premium hotel and events venue in the Ribble Valley. You will help lead the hotel operations, weddings and private events, ensuring flawless delivery and a welcoming guest experience.
You’ll balance hands-on service with planning and daily administration, supervise reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and cover the General Manager when needed. Evening and weekend work is included around the events calendar.
