Longridge House is a 23‑bedroom boutique hotel, restaurant, and events venue set in the heart of the Ribble Valley. Part of the Elle R Leisure family, we’re creating something special – warm, stylish, and personal. We’re looking for a Guest Hospitality Host to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – from the first call or email to the final goodbye.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing hotel and restaurant bookings, both online and over the phone
  • Delivering exceptional guest relations – ensuring every stay or visit feels personal
  • Hosting in the restaurant and greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Providing support to the F&B team, from service assistance to helping with private events
  • Working closely with the reception and management team to keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • A natural people person with great communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality, ideally in hotels or restaurants
  • Confident using booking and POS systems (training provided)
  • Someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences
  • Flexible, reliable, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
