We're looking for a Resource & Real Time Planner to join a friendly, specialist Workforce Planning team responsible for coordinating home-based medical appointments across the UK.

You'll take ownership of workforce planning within your assigned region, ensuring the right medical professionals are in the right place at the right time to deliver a critical patient service.

From producing effective schedules to managing real-time changes and resolving on-the-day challenges, you'll play a key role in ensuring appointment attendance targets are consistently achieved.

This opportunity would suit a Resource Planner or experienced Real Time Scheduling professional with energy, first class communication, the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise tasks, along with well-developed problem solving skills and ability to work at pace when required to mitigate service level challenges.

Experience within Workforce Planning, Scheduling and Real Time / Jeopardy Management in an environment supporting field based staff is highly desirable.
