Finance Internship

Job Overview

We\’re looking for a motivated recent graduate or student with an interest in finance and investing to join our team at Invisible Hand.

This is a paid internship at £20 an hour, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., located at Lion Yard. Plus, there\’s potential for commissions if you help us grow and succeed. We\’d love to have you on board

PLEASE NOTE: the successful candidate is required to be in Central in Cambridge for working hours so please only apply if you live close by.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support ongoing projects
• Help organise and maintain financial documentation and files

Experience

• Currently or previously enrolled in a degree programme related to Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus
• Ability to read financial charts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or related fields is advantageous but not essential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
