A fast-growing business providing audit and tax services wants to expand its tax advisory team. Ideally, you will be part- or fully CTA qualified and already advise business owners and entrepreneurs on a wide range of projects, from company reorganisations to IHT planning. Your goals will be more independence, better support when needed, and more interesting work.
The firm has developed an influential culture, and development is a key focus. Numerous initiatives include annual development plans, training, regular check-ins, feedback, external leadership programmes, and welcoming, modern offices.
