We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our successful and rapidly growing business. This is a newly created role within a highly regarded tax team.
A broad role offering exposure to a range of corporate tax matters with exposure to high-profile projects and transactions:
- Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance across the group
- Supporting transactions, restructurings and strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders
- Preparing high-quality tax technical papers and reports
- Researching and advising on new overseas jurisdictions, supporting international expansion
- Assisting with tax planning initiatives and risk management
Either a first or 2nd mover from a large accounting firm or another in-house team. Plenty of scope to develop this role into a more senior position within the Group.
Please note that only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience will be considered for this role.
